Running python gui scripts required installation of pypilot (openplotter, other debian based linux). Informations to install pypilot are available in github ([[https://github.com/pypilot/pypilot/blob/master/README|https://github.com/pypilot/pypilot/blob/master/README]]). 

You can use [[https://github.com/pypilot/pypilot/blob/master/scripts/get_dependencies.sh |this script to install the dependencies]]. 

You may have to replace python by python3 and pip by pip3 to install.
